Join SAE-A today where members enjoy the benefits and be part of the advancement of mobility and engineering profession across Australasia through the transfer of technical knowledge and skill and boost their industry network.

Our individual and corporate members include students, trade and degree qualified engineers, government representatives and the not-for-profit sector. They come from the automotive, aerospace, rail, heavy commercial and mining industries, as well as the caravan, off-road, aftermarket, service and repair sectors.

The SAE-A Qualifications and Grading Committee assesses all applications and recommends the most applicable level of membership based on skills, qualifications and years of industry and management experience. The application process may take up to 3-4 weeks.

For an individual membership or to upgrade your existing membership, a detailed resume and evidence of qualifications is required in addition to the application. Existing members are encouraged to upgrade to a higher level of membership as further experience and qualifications are achieved.

Membership offers a common ground for the exchange of ideas and information and provides opportunities to make valuable contacts.
